The ELI Group provides high-potential leadership development in a lab setting emphasizing shared perspectives and different experiences.
We deliver accountability for behavior change, integration with the organization, and peer networking.
The Lab Design is a:
- Unique development experience incorporating Full-Tilt Leadership sessions with individual coaching
- Year-long program to enhance the application of new skills on the job
- Consistent group of colleagues for sharing best practices, collaboration, and networking in an ideal discussion group focused on strategic leadership issues
Core Elements
- Content sessions on Talent, Influence, Language, and Trends are designed to stimulate discussion on strategic leadership issues for experienced professionals. Day One of each session focuses on the individual and her own style of leadership. Day Two focuses on helping the individual apply her skills within the organization as she mentors, develops, and leads others.
- Peer learning allows the participant to learn not only from the Content Session leaders but also from new peer relationships with colleagues representing diverse companies and industries.

- Individual Coaching allows each participant to focus on her own specific organization and team issues and assists her in applying the learning from the sessions to her own unique organizational context.

Now, when I'm stuck on a challenging task, I often refer to resources that I collected in the labs--Thin Books, Trust Talk cards, thought Starter notes, Harvard Business Review articles and others! They're filled with practical approaches to shift your thinking and tackle just about any issue, both at work and personally.
